MARSHALL'S BEEN PLAYING IN THE SANDBOX!

The Sandbox is a space developed by BarometerXP to enable trainers and facilitators who use play-based techniques in their work to convene and hone their craft.

Marshall led a successful board retreat for a nonprofit organization in Suburban Maryland.  The focus was strategic planning, and it included a range of distinctive activities and energizing moments such as "Answer With Your Feet" and the "Question Formulation Technique!"

Marshall attended roundtable salon in New York on April focused on the power of questions in philanthropy. Hosted by the Siegel Family Endowment and GovLab, the evening's conversation, entitled "Any Questions?"explored the emerging field of "inquiry-based philanthropy."
